  • What a great park. Amazing to see the giant rocks. It makes you wonder how they stay in the positions they are in. How do they not fall? The hiking is not to bad. We also drove around the...

  • A beautiful and unusual park with giant rock formations that are otherworldly. We were able to get a first come, first served rustic site but had a hard time getting our 25' motorhome leveled. Many...

  • This was yet another adventure of the Mutt, Sidekick, and Mighty dog. The park itself is very well taken care of the staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. There are just a few electric/water sites, NO dump station. The rest of the sites are all dry camps, but are well situated and reasonably level. We didn’t have much trouble getting our small camper situated. There are showers by the visitor center, warmish water and clean. There is also water available if you forgot to fill your tanks before coming. If you’re looking to hike or bike, the trails are well marked and will be just the ticket, the rocks themselves give a multitude of places to hike and explore for both you and your 4 legged kids. If you’re coming out during the warmer or hot months, make sure to bring LOTS of water on your hike. This has made our list of top ten spots to come back to.
  • Fun place to stop for a couple of hours or to camp overnight. There are reservation sites with electricity and water or dry spots for tents. Very clean. Bathrooms with showers available near the visitor center. History showing how the "city" was formed inside the visitor center is great. Kids love climbing on rocks and exploring. There are a number of marked paths throughout the park and walking on the rocks easy too. $5/vehicle fee to visit.
