  • I love walking around here - it's really cute and plenty of walking and biking trails all around to enjoy yourself! Bring a blanket and relax or even dip your feet in the river as well. Have fun!  more »
  • The City planner that is responsible for making the confluence point of The Cherry Creek & The South Platte River as scenic and memorable as it has become should be applauded!!!! They artfully blended a necessity to develop the riverfront with the need to preserve the natural beauty of the waterway. By Incorporating an amazing Man-made Whitewater rapids course for the thrill seekers, a slow\no current wading area, and made an expansive gorgeous park now so aptly-named Confluence Park. They made this a great place to take in what makes Denver such an amazing place to experience for those visiting the City. Yes us locals think it's an awesome park too!!!
  • This magnificent park includes walkways, bridges, trails and rapids. Easily enjoyed by foot or bike, solo or with dogs and/or your loved ones. The sound of the South Platte is most soothing and the people watching is second only to an airport. The graffiti alone is worth a walk. There are plenty of shady spots and nearby parking is good. I enjoy the mix of local flavors that gather here continually, much like the waters do.
