  • Four Mile Park is near Cherry Creek off Colorado Blvd. It was the last stage stop before reaching the state capitol and is exactly 4 miles from the front steps. The original part of the building is.....  more »

  • Getting the docent tour was definitely worth our wait. She shared a lot of great information about the property and those that lived here. If you don't have the opportunity for a docent lead tour of the main building you can catch some great information from the video playing in the visitors center. My 11yo enjoyed seeing a historical how. With all the details and mining for some gold.
  • Summer Concerts at Four Mile Historic Park are marvelous. I saw “Take Down the Door”, an Irish group and had a wonderful time: outdoor picnic dinner, grassy lawn, good sound, not too crowded. A big parking lot but when that is full you have to park on the street and for some reason the city has “no parking” signs up... just wish the city could allow parking close by
