Been years since I stopped...I must say I enjoyed my stop for nostalgia... The statues for photo ops are still quite plentiful. The stores were still filled with oddities. The place had a quiet feel..... more »

Love this place, and frankly am glad they have security. They take covid seriously, and this place is fun, with good authentic Mexican cuisine more »

Nice and clean. Rooms are good size. Mattresses not much better than the terrazzo floor. As for pillows, plan ahead and bring your own. Rates are better than reasonable. Desk staff was amazing! I will stay there again.

My mom and I have stopped here every time we drove to North Carolina. The scenery is awesome. My daughter loves all of the statues. We only got to go up onto the Sombrero Observation Tower once though, since it was usually shut down for some reason or another when we went. Good news, if you have pups, right by the bathrooms is a "Dog Bathroom", so that's a nice addition. Prices are a little steep on some things, but you expect that from a tourist attraction. All in all, we've had awesome, fun times with lots of laughs here. Side note: the woman who works in the bathroom deserve a raise (I can't really speak on the men's room), because every single time we have went, the bathrooms have not only been spotless, they smelled great.
