  • The best thing here is the tepee from "Dancing with Wolves" movie. Brass sculptures are great too. Located on the fairgrounds.  more »

  • This museum is very complete. They have items all the way from the 1800s and you learn good history of the expansion of the western frontier and specifics about the Douglas area. The museum is free which makes it even better. The lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming.
