It is a one-level, enclosed regional mall that is managed by Simon Property Group, who owns 68.1% of it. Must stop for the wife when we're in Dover. No Boscov's in Virginia. Wi-fi reaches the parking lot and that occupies my time in the truck till she finishes her shopping.

I've been living in the Dover area for two years, and been visiting the area for about six years but never visited the mall until now. I was impressed with the size and variety of stores. The place was clean and well kept. Unlike most indoor malls today, this mall had most of the tenant suites occupied. There were clothing stores, department stores, movie theater, arcade, food eateries and even amusement places like Space Wars. Definitely more than expected.
