  • Unfortunately, many are not visible from outside the airport (Edwards AFB). One can register for a tour via the website of NASA/USAF but book it well in advance. On Dryden and Edwards there is a lot of aviation history to be found. With a good guide you are so a day sweet to be able to see everything/

  • Pretty cool to see this old aircraft parked near the back entrance to Edwards Air Force Base... You can see the tail from Highway 58 and if you love airplanes and the history associated with what this...  more »

  • This amazing center is home to a host of amazing airplanes and NASA staff. If you're able to get a tour, do it, you'll love it! The grounds are clean, spacious. The employees fantastic, diverse and all have deep wells of knowledge. Pro tip - if you do go on a tour that takes you out into the main hangar, you cannot wear high heels. You'll be required to use their supplied sneakers. Avoid this by simply bringing or wearing your own sneakers.
  • For a reason NASA has been the number ONE federal agency to work for! The Engineering, Science and Technology that is being studied and developed here at AFRC is just amazing. The people and environment are excellent. In summary, all I can say is that this is a great place to work!
