Course seemed to be in pretty good shape; especially following a heavy rain the night before. I played this course many times back in the early 2000s when it was a baby (opened in 2002). Thought it was a great course. Most holes were in good-great, only a few in "meh" condition (weeds, bare ground, etc). Overall, greens were in great shape. Rough wasn't too long. Fairways were good. Tee boxes had some issues, but nothing to lose sleep over. Course was worth the price. Perhaps a minor step back from when it first opened, but glad to see the course is still a quality one.

Nice track, well maintained and very well marked. I enjoyed it much more this second time around. The best thing about it was the ranger who spoke to the group ahead of us about slow play. It was actually was effective. Rangers at Ballamor and Mays Landing are USELESS. so this was a 5 star event for me.
