You will not get any better viewing or access to races than at Road America. For most of the races you can walk down Pit Row, the only way to get better pictures is by being in the press...

What more can be said about this iconic legend of a place for sports car racing? OK, here it goes....... Paddock area is decent sized for rig maneuvering and has limited capacity shore power. Garages are minimal but adequate. Toilet facilities are all well kept and clean. Views are available from a variety of undulating hill sides. Track surface is in good shape providing an environment for safe competitive racing. Track layout is obviously a classic and continues to challenge the best drivers with the best equipment. Food options are available on site depending on the event and the day.

Road America is a national treasure. It's like a State Park with speed. Been going to RA since 1977 and it keeps on getting better with age. The track layout is fantastic with elevation changes and long straights (Indy Cars reach 200 MPH here). At 4 miles in length it's the longest natural terrain road course in North America. The track has so many great spots to watch the racing from it's hard to pick just one. Wander around and take in the action from several areas of the track. While you're wandering around be sure and sample some of the great food from the track food stands. Best food you'll find at a racetrack. The Brats are always great and the sweet corn dunked in butter is out of this world good! Go spend a weekend at Road America!
