Flat Rock Brook Nature Center, Englewood

a great place for the young and elderly! and very nice people you encounter on the trail ! i brought my grandma and we were able to do the red loop trail without breaking a sweat! there were beautiful things along the way including the stream which was full of water! a bit muddy at times so bring shoes you don’t mind getting dirty! so many animals

It's a great park for a mild hike/walk through the woods. Doing the full loop comes out to about 2 miles but there's a lot of opportunities to shorten it if you wanted something less. For being so close to the city, it's pretty quiet and wooded. There were a few spots with a river that were pretty and a small pond. Inside the center is some fun interactive stuff for kids and a few animals.
