Indian Mound Park, Englewood

Great public access park to Lemon Bay. The park has two boat ramps, kayak access, and water access for wade fishing. I utilize the kayak access for fishing. The oyster bars and grass beds provide habitat for salt water species..... I am not telling where. 😁 Enjoy the sunrise picture from a day of fishing.

I like this place most because I can pull up in my vehicle and just watch the sunrise or sunset. I was plesently surprised with my visitor! This place has nice covered shelters, clean facilities, benches along the water/beaches. I see many people walking dogs along the shores. It's not like a proper sandy beach , but it's great for a troll and she'll collecting. There is a boat ramp and ample parking.
