The Winters Leadership Memorial committee was formed to raise funds for Ephrata’s Veterans’ Plaza and its centerpiece, the Winters Leadership Memorial. The purpose of the plaza and memorial is to honor and remember all veterans and the sacrifices they make for us. Having completed the plaza, the committee continues to support this mission by hosting a monthly lecture series, an annual luminary tribute along the Winters Memorial Trail, educating area students, and sponsoring other local veterans groups and events.

    Very moving memorial to our veterans. My father in law has paver placed there in his memory. We did the bike trail from Ephrata to Lititz. It was a great day for a bike ride.  more »
