Asbury Woods, Erie

It is an extraordinarily well maintained public park and green space, with engaging and robust programs and activities being offered. The facilities are modern yet appropriate to the natural surroundings. Numerous short trails originate from the nature center and variously interlink. There are also numerous nearby trails in the surrounding wooded areas. I have been a visitor to Asbury Woods since early childhood and I have watched numerous and remarkable changes and improvements to park and facilities. As long as I live in this region I will continue to visit this beautiful and enriching local treasure.

It was perfect for a group outing! The boardwalks were closed this day a d the group we had is with the Barber Day Prgram and they had to miss that part. Otherwise it was a great day. We ate lunch on the other side, at the pavilion.
