Port Erie Bicentennial Tower reviews
We were staying at the Sheraton so we walked over to the Tower and had fantastic views or the bay and everything around us. We found it funny because I guess this is an area for all the cool cars and.... more »
I love having a bird’s eye view of Erie and Lake Erie from the Bayfront....i enjoy walking around and reliving the spot my husband proved and then finding the brick we bought to commentate that day! more »
If you like a spectacular view then this is the place to go. It's an amazing view. Also there are signs posted all around the tower to read about Erie's history which I found to be very interesting. So there is something for everyone.
I was excited about eating here for lunch, but the food was less than stellar. The She Crab soup (not pictured) was the best thing we ordered. Crab cake/sauce was good. The fish was VERY bland despite appearing seasoned. The clam chowder and lobster roll were just ok. Definitely had much better. We felt like everything just needed more seasoning. Lunch plates were small (not much bigger than appetizer plates). $120 (with tip) for 4 people - No alcohol purchased. Just was not what I expected for the price. However, 3 stars because the wait staff was great and the location was perfect. I would not go back, simply because the food does not justify the cost.
