  • Yes, everyone loves Mitchell Caverns, but spread the love to the Hole in the Wall Visitors Center and take one of the most eco-diverse hikes you will likely find anywhere outside of Yellowstone...

  • It was a good tour with a knowledgeable ranger. This was my 3rd cave. My only complaint was that due to the ranger wanting to talk so much, the tour was a little too long for me. Was suppose to 1.5...

  • What a wonderful place! This is my second time here and the Ranger is very nice and knowledgeable to answer any questions. Guided tour with reservation only. Parking fee is 10 per car and the tour is 10 per person.
  • We came to Providence Mountains State Reserve to visit Mitchell Caverns, but having no reservations for the cavern tour and only being able to get on a wait list we arrived a few hours before the tour. After chatting with the very friendly state rangers, we set off on a short hike. The trail was well marked and not strenuous, but the scenery of the desert surrounding and below us was spectacular. We lucked out and got on the cavern tour, but even if we didn't, the many hours drive out here would have been worth it
