  • Lovely park! So much to recommend here, but I'll focus on the option to rent a canoe (or kayak) and paddle around, or take the long walk to explore our solar system via relatively sized and spaced...  more »
  • Amazing park: went for a 5-mile run with my buddy, it was amazing. You get your choice of trails: asphalt, soft redwook bark, or even riverside rugged. Plenty of space on the wide trails. Lots of...  more »

  • A nice little Park to get out of the house with your infant or toddler and just take a stroll. Nice little path with large open grassy areas. I've been there for a few weddings. If you are bringing your kiddos just for a walk through the park you can take the path right across the river to the Spencer Butte Park where there is a lovely play area. There are ducks and geese on both sides of the river at both parks. You can spend quite a bit of time out there walking, sightseeing, bird feeding and playing with the kiddos since both parks connect by Bridge across the river.
  • Over all I love this place! I wish both sides of the park had a pool for the dogs to cool off in. There is plenty of fresh drinking water at both ends of the park. Also, a fountain for both dogs and humans, in the middle of the park. One of the regular folks there is a bit territorial. I know that's not the parks fault, I'm just voicing it as a part of my review. I travel to the spine Institute once a week, after our appointment we always go to the dog park. A tiny bit of a walk in, so those with limited walking abilities be ready. It is accessible to wheelchairs and such, so do not pass up this park. It has always been well maintained when I've been there. My dog always leaves tired and with a giant smile upon his beautiful face.
