Dave's has an excellent collection of the best in minerals - beautiful geodes and every conceivable type of mineral. Downstairs is an excellent collection of prehistoric artifacts - fossils galore.

Dave's has been around for awhile; I first visited before my oldest was born, now I take her kids there. Just a great place, full of wonderful finds at all price levels. My grandsons have bought many.... more

I love this place. I never knew rocks could be so interesting. My kids always wanted to go and every time we do I see something new. Meteorites, fossils, salt lamps, spheres of pure copper. I give my kids a budget (say, $9 or $13) and they always find a neat selection of new things to get.

i LOVE this place!! great selection of tumbles, carvings, jewelry and crystals in general!! the employees are also really helpful and very kind:) got some good pieces from there! the mini museum is also a must see! their fossil section is really cool! definitely worth visiting!!
