Grand Avenue Park is a walking path/park that overlooks the water and marina. It has a lot of benches and picnic tables - that are spaced along the path - and plenty of greenery and trees. It really could use a public restroom, as we never found one, but all-in-all it was a nice, unexpected find. It's well maintained and landscaped, as well.
It's a beautiful overlook park. Nice for a leisurely evening walk. Fun to look at the homes on the opposite side of the street. Nececplace to toss a ball or have a picnic. No restrooms, no climbing toys or playground. Overlooks the navy base and waterfront.
