Native Tours & Fishing Charters, Everglades City

If you are thinking about booking a tour, DO IT! My fiance and I went out with Captain Josh over New Years weekend and had the tour to ourselves. I cannot stress this enough - we had the most AMAZING time. He is so knowledgeable about the area and wildlife and answered any questions we had. We were able to see dolphins jumping in the wake of the boat, many species of birds, and even raccoons (I didn't know they could swim!). We were also able to explore an island and just have great conversation. We are looking forward to bringing our family on this tour in the future! Thank you Captain Josh, we truly had a magical time and can't wait until our next tour with you!

Josh is an encyclopedia of information about the Everglades, wildlife and fishing. He was tremendously friendly and helpful while planning our trip as well as suggestions for eating afterwards. He stayed out long after we would have expected him to in order to try to spot a Sea Turtle (my daughter’s favorite). You won’t find a more competent, knowledgeable or experienced eco-tour charter. The private island was fantastic. Josh added to the entire experience with this knowledge and hospitality!
