Fair Oaks Farms, Fair Oaks

Had a nice afternoon, we went for lunch at the Farm house . Had a 45 minute wait which gave us time to walk around. There's a really beautiful yard and creek that runs behind the restaurant and they were set up for a wedding that day. It's a real cool place to have a wedding. The Market had apples and alot goodies, but nothing is cheap so you know. Our lunch was very good and the service was wonderful. I suggest the fried chicken it was amazing and the pizzas are really good. I have taken the tours and went through the other educational parts of the farm and it's very interesting and the kids all enjoy it. It's a nice weekend trip and easy to get to.

To be honest I've been coming here for years for the gas station. It's a common stop for me and my friends and now family. The ice cream is a nice change of pace. But the dog park is the real attraction for us on the road. It's quiet. Well outfitted. Never a problem.
