Once at the dredge, you can learn about the everyday life of the miners, explore the equipment, and learn how to pan for gold yourself. Each visitor is provided with a bag of pay dirt that holds a small amount of gold. You can exchange gold for a piece of jewelry at a local store. • Very helpful crew when we are panning for gold. We were having a bit of a hard time and the conductor Earl came over and offered to assist us. Tour was very informative.
  • Fun experience. Knowledgeable narrator and others. Had fun planning for gold. Lots of good, friendly people here.
