We’re just a bunch of beer geeks who have all pondered the same question: “With breweries popping up everywhere else in Alabama, why not in the southern part of the state?” Rather than sit around a bemoan the answer, we decided to do something about it, and the Fairhope Brewing Company was born.

The Fairhope Brewing Company is located at 914 Nichols Ave., just a block off Highway 98 in Fairhope, Ala., and less than five minutes from beautiful downtown. Our taproom is open six days a week, offering a comfortable atmosphere to meet up with friends and enjoy a variety of our hand-crafted beers. We don't have a kitchen, but please feel free to bring in your own food.

Look for FBC beers on tap at your favorite Lower Alabama bars and restaurants, and get in touch with us about our tours which are offered at noon on Saturday.

Taproom is huge. Bar is long and you can sit up to it. They had WiFi but I wasn’t able to connect and didn’t want to bother the bartender on a Saturday afternoon. Fav brews: Fairhope 51 and Judge Roy.... more

Nice selection of beers. We tried the IPA, amber, and wheat. We also took home a crowler of strawberry cream ale that was fabulous. Great place to relax with a cold one.

Great beer, wonderful people, sample their 15+ beer veriities, before you buy a pint...delicious. Many beers change per season, so many reasons to keep coming back. If you visit Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Baldwin County, Alabama, the South, or the USA.... you must stop here!
