North Dakota State University (NDSU, formally North Dakota State University of Agriculture and Applied Sciences) is a public land-grant research university in Fargo, North Dakota. It was founded as North Dakota Agricultural College in 1890 as the state's land-grant university. NDSU is part of the North Dakota University System. The university also operates North Dakota's agricultural research extension centers distributed across the state on 18,488 acres (75 km2). In 2015, NDSU's economic impact on the state and region was estimated to be $1.3 billion a year according to the NDUS Systemwide Economic Study by the School of Economics at North Dakota State University. In 2016, it was also the fifth-largest employer in the state of North Dakota.

Not only does NDSU have a beautiful campus, but it has had a championship D1 football team for over 10 years running and is world-renowned for its research. Harvard move over-- you can't compete with.... more

NDSU offers an oasis in the middle of the prairie. You find trees, manicured gardens and a pleasant atmosphere. The campus is very walkable. I liked the buildings for their architecture. The campus is surprisingly large when you consider all the athletic facilities.

The Fargodome did not disapoint!! It was easy to get to. No parking issues. Had nice comfy seats,( get the red ones). Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Great job. And it wasn't top hot either.
