Experience wacky slides, massive wave pools, and family-friendly games at Water World. The park spans 27 hectares (67 acres), making it one of the United States' largest water theme parks and providing plenty of room for its 49 attractions. Easy-going types can float down the lazy river while thrill-seekers should opt for some of the roller-coaster style slides. Many will be familiar with "Voyage to the Center of the Earth," the park's most famous slide, which features an animatronic T. rex and lasts more than five minutes. Take advantage of one of the dining options, including pizza, burritos, and classic all-American fare, or pack a cooler to save a few dollars. It's a good idea to bring sandals, as the textured floor can be rough on bare feet. Water World Reviews
Water world is just AMAZE!!!!!!! Had so much fun with my family. If you get there early enough, you can buy a tube valet and SKIP all the LONGGGGG lines. Food there is quite good, but I suggest... more »
Many fun rides for our group, especially Screaming Mimi and the Egyptian-themed ride. Prices were quite reasonable, especially for afternoon-only tickets and those older than 60. A few staff members.... more »
I just have to leave a review of our amazing day! I had not been to Water World for 20 years but decided to take my girls today. We had a BLAST! One of the biggest reasons I am writing this review is to let everyone know how nice the employees are. On every ride, they all asked about our day and were all so pleasant and helpful. There were many employees around and whenever I asked them a question, they were very nice and informative as well. Also, the park was really clean. I didn't see trash anywhere. Even though the park was busy (Labor Day weekend), we were able to get on the rides within 20-30 minutes. Last, I love that WW lets you bring in coolers and food. It was really great seeing families spend time together, eating and enjoying themselves. Thank you WW. We will definitely be back next year.
Our family just loves Water World! Parking is super easy with plenty of space. Lots of rides for all ages spread over a beautiful park. The entrance cost and even food options there are affordable (really!!). We love that we can bring in a cooler and a picnic blanket and simply lay our belongings down in any shady spot we find. It becomes home base when we separate to ride different attractions, then meet up for snacks or lunch picnic. Guests respects others’ items and overall it’s just a wonderful summer day at Water World.
