  • Camping was super fun, but the most fun was on the beach in the morning. The tide was so far out. There are so many sand dollars, alive and dead, carefully where you walk, you don't wanna crush them. I have never in my life seen hundreds of sand dollars anywhere. Its was fascinating to just be there and be present. You will love it.
  • The sand is like pudding, it's so much fun to play with. It seems like a lot of families enjoy coming together, with toys and tools for digging up clams. There's a small stream that flows from the forest onto the beach that carves grooves into the malleable sand. There are also trails, a picnic area, and a bathroom on site. A discover pass is normally required to park (sometimes there are free access days)
