Florence Golf Links, Florence

Course was in great shape. I have experience as a greenskeeper on a pga tour course and was satisfied with the little things. Pace of play was fast, the course is beautiful, and it's a great place! I would highly recommend a cart too.

Beautiful course. Most holes are straight forward, with some bends or dog-legs here & there. Traditional links sand-traps: pot-bunkers. I played here in the afternoon and sure there was some wind but as a Pacific Northwest golfer who plays year-round, I don't think it was as bad as some of the other reviews make it seem. To me, weather is part of the challenge of golf. Anyhow, this was an excellent course for a great value and definitely worth a play. I look forward to playing it again next time I am able to stay in Florence for a few nights.
