This is a beautiful Art Gallery, and an absolute gem in Fort Pierce. I highly recommend you visit if you haven't done so already.
I visited once on a friend's recommendation, ans have been back twice since. Backus' work is simply beautiful, and the history behind his life and artwork is fascinating. This should be a compulsory visit for every Floridian.
