  • ABSOLUTELY AWESOME experience ever since we started going 3 or 4 years ago!!! Awaiting summer peaches! The overwhelming smell of fresh Cinnamon rolls or bread was spectacular. Love the variety of jellies and salsas! Make sure you try cracking and eating a fresh pecan Got some excellent strawberries, 1 whole flat. Excellent brisket grilled cheese. I had never tried that before and it was well worth it! Great peach milkshake, real and not too sweet. Can't wait to return in June!❤🍑 🍑 🍑
  • What a great place! I picked fresh strawberries that were delicious. Not to sweet or too tart, but just right. Then I went in the store and found all sorts of interesting items, all reasonably priced. Local wine, canned pickled asparagus and okra, a wide variety of pecans and pecan treats, and sundry other jellies, salsas, pickled eggs, and the like. And they had freshly boiled peanuts! Not the canned type, and not mushy. I wasn't as excited about the whole cafe area. The "homemade ice cream" ended up being soft serve and nothing special, so I didn't try any of the other cafe offerings. Even the employees in the car seemed different than the rest of the place. Sullen, and as if working was a great effort, as opposed to all the kind, positive, pleasant store and strawberry staff. I didn't participate in any group activities, but saw children doing something together outside, and they were laughing and playing and having a ball. It was an all around great experience.
