  If you are a flower person, you will LOVE these gardens in February! Just returned and they have started to pop! The camellia's are not at peak yet so go in the next 2-3 weeks for glorious color...  more »

  Quiet walk through formal gardens. Japanese garden is a hi-light. Camellias are seasonal, so when not in flowering season is all greenery, few flowers.  more »

  Massee Lane gardens, home of the American Camellia society, is a lovely place to visit. Love the Japanese garden with koi pond. The Boehm porcelain collection is amazing.... the biggest in the world, I think. January and especially February is peak time for the camellias.
