  • I love this zoo! It's definitely worth the membership if you live in the area. We go 20+ times a year. It is only open April through October, but it's open late Memorial Day through Labor Day. The evenings are the best times as the animals are more active and it's cooler and less busy. The great thing about the Fort Wayne Zoo is that most exhibits are stroller height so you don't have to keep getting your kids out to see, like the Indy zoo. Love, love, love my zoo!
  • We had a great day at the zoo. Changes since I was last there. Seeing the zoo with my 2 1/2 great niece was so much fun. She loved all the animals, the goats were her favorite. She's brushed every goat at least twice. Loved feeding them. She didn't want to leave, but the adults were tired after 3 1/2 hours. Food & drinks were expensive. $15 for 4 bottles of water.
