Ichetucknee Tube Center, Fort White

#2 of 6 in Things to do in Fort White
Imagine yourself taking a day with your friends and loved ones to experience a relaxing drift down a pristine, spring-fed waterway, viewing wildlife and nature all around, the sky an open canvas ...such is the life here on the Ichetucknee River in Fort White, FL!

Hi! Welcome to Ichetucknee Tube Center, the FIRST, original tube vendor, family-owned and operated since 1971! This is the place where new friends meet for the first time and old friends return, year after year, with children of their own — the place where adventure begins and smiles and laughter abound!

Starting with only a few tubes for rent out in the front yard of the family farm, our founder, Linda, was able to raise her children and hang on to that 40-acre farm through her own hard work and ingenuity that began some 42 years ago! To this day, Linda still

owns and operates Ichetucknee Tube Center, meeting and greeting old and new friends alike.

Many a tuber has enjoyed the serene, lazy flow of the Ichetucknee River, even before it became a State Park. With typical, blue skies above and the natural beauty of trees and wildlife along the way, it’s pretty easy to relax and count one’s blessings as you float

along in this virtual paradise.

If you are coming here as a group, don’t forget to ask for your discount! We take pride in meeting your needs and serving folks from all over the world with affordable pricing and excellent customer service. Rent a tube from us and waves from the riverbank are free!

Looking forward to seeing YOU down on the farm!

  • We only used the tubing center to get air for our tubes. I’m happy that we purchased our tube. The exact double tube I purchased for $34.99 was for rent for $25.  more »
  • Glenda was helpful, and knew her stuff. She answered all our questions and made our trip to Ichetucknee, memorable. We hired a 2 man canoe from north to south down the river at Ichetucknee National...  more »
  • Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of great tube options. Cute business cards. Gave us a helpful map but we still got confused. They tried though, they certainly tried. Quality tubes, good prices.
  • First time tubing Ichetucknee! Lovely family-owned, local spot that puts customer priorities at the top of their list. Honest and fair in their tube recommendations. Great affordable prices with excellent customer service. Coupons are available on their website if you look ahead of time. They strap the tubes to your car for you. If I were you, I’d skip paying for the tram in the park and just walk your tubes to the river. It’s a 15 minute scenic walk. You just drop the tubes off in designated areas at the end of your float and don’t have to worry about driving them back. Amazing tubing, perfect water temperature, and, if you go through this tube rental place, supporting local business! 10/10 recommend.
