Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Co. has been in operation since February 1998 in the small mining community of Fox, Alaska, located about 10 miles north of Fairbanks on the Steese Highway. Our New Restaurant, Bar and Banquet Facilities were opened on May 25th, 2007. The pub and restaurant are warm and inviting, with a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. We are a non-smoking facility

My husband and I had a date night here last week and we were so impressed. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious, and in our opinion, reasonably priced for the amount and the quality. The service wasn’t the fastest but this was a Friday night and there were Christmas parties. Would 100% recommend to others. My husband was so impressed and honestly he is hard to please!

My wife and I went on a date night at silver gulch today. Honestly I can't think of anything to complain about. Service was excellent, food was very good. We had hush puppies for appetizer, they were delicious and came with two sauces that were both delicious. Food came in reasonable amount of time 20-25 minutes or so,and the portions were good, and it was all very good and came out hot. I've read some reviews about lesser experiences, but for us everything was on point. From this experience I would highly recommend. Made our date very memorable.
