  • Even this is the 3rd church built: that is the place, where it all began. The founders of Frankenmuth built the very first church across the street (traces can still be found = so check it...

  • This is a very Beautiful Church. I spent about a hour inside the church just looking in awe. I just wish I could of been their for Easter services.

  • This historic stunning church was a highlight of my Frankenmuth trip. We stopped in right after the Sunday service because I love stained glass and historic places of worship. There was a man who was giving a presentation to some other visitors about the stained glass, and explained the incredible art to us, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. They did not make us feel unwelcome despite us being out of towners. I'd recommend the church and it's gorgeous grounds to any lover of history and religious art. What a beautiful sanctuary.
  • We took a free tour here. Basically press a call button to be let in. We didn't find the flyer about church history that someone else referred to. And I'm a little jealous of the person who said someone was practicing the organ. I'm a pipe organ fanatic, and this would be a great one to hear. The building is beautiful. However, it is evident that its primary use is worship, not being a history museum. For that, I'm thankful.
