Our first camping weekend in our brand-new camper was at St. Lorenz Lutheran Church Campground on May 17-20, 2018. We camped with good friends of ours who invited us to join their camping group from Shepherd's Gate Lutheran Church in Shelby Twp. We were on Site #13. We had the only flowering tree in the campground. It was so beautiful! The Prayer Trail was in between our site and our friend's so it shouldn't have been unusual for someone to walk through our site. I had to remember the trail was there and we that we weren't being invaded--especially when there were 20 kids marching around.. LOL!! If you didn't know about this campground, you would never know it existed. Tucked in the trees in a quiet neighborhood is a very cozy and friendly campground. What a wonderful weekend we had. Thank you so much for making our first camping trip in our new camper a very memorable one. Tony & Monica B.
