  • The proprietor is very helpful with clans and names. Museum is good if you have a Scottish interest. Town is small and has shops and restaurants you can visit. If you are in the area, good place...

  • A great visit for Scottish, Irish, and all those who have interest. Fascinating historical museum with two floors of Island history and everything tartan related. The staff is friendly and know their passion behind Scottish history. Scottish Clan materials and kilt related attire and equipment for sale. They measure and have kilts made to order but warn that it does take a little while for completion.
  • Woo-hoo, really enjoyed! On Main St in Franklin NC. Museum only $4 each. Lots of colorful tartans. Even had Campbell tartan. Glad we went.
