Franklin Ranch Comminty Park, Franklin

This is without a doubt one of the best baseball facilities in all of South Texas!! The staff are all professional and service minded! Very clean! Not littered with chewing tobacco and sunflower seeds. The tournaments they host are first rate and they have great relationships with NCAA and MLB scouts who attend, giving your kids the exposure they need! Jason Krug, who is in charge of the baseball side is a true gentleman and baseball brain!

The park is spacious, well laid out and clean, including the restrooms. It's very open and feels safe. It's also very attractive. The playground equipment is well-maintained with a nice, soft rubber surface for softer falls. There is a nice little nature walk by the pond. We stopped at the park so our kids could run around a bit in the middle of our six hour drive. We made a point to stop back by on our way home. The kids loved it. I think the park must be a good thing for the whole community. (Perhaps including local merchants. We spent quite a bit of money in a couple of the local stores, hopefully other visitors do also.)
