At Noble Springs Dairy we take pride in knowing that every drop of milk that goes into our cheese is derived from the natural forages that our goats enjoy on our 230 acre farm. Our cheeses have a distinct flavor that is due to the unlimited pasture grazing and special care our animals receive on our farm.

Quality milk comes from healthy, happy animals. Quality milk is the most important ingredient in cheese making. Here at Noble Springs Dairy we have over 40 combined years of experience in providing exceptional care to our dairy goats.

  • I own a cheese shop in Knoxville and visited recently to meet the owners and learn about the goats and creamery operation. Dustin was amazing and introduced us to their four different breeds of goats, including dozens of babies which were so cute and playful. He also explained the cheese-making process, and I was struck by how much work it takes to produce a quality goat cheese product like they are making. It gave me a whole new appreciation for family-run farms and creameries. I would definitely recommend a visit and tour of the farm to get an up-close look at where our food comes from and to support a small business. Absolutely worth a trip!
  • Such a great experience for me and my granddaughter I would highly recommend this place.. pack you a lunch (something that goes with goat cheese which is great) and enjoy the beautiful country setting because it is serene
