  • My wife and I brought our two boys, 9 and 12 years old, and participated in our first ever escape room experience. The website advised that Blackbeard's brig was a good choice for the kids, so we decided to go with it. Oh boy, was this an awesome experience! Our kiddos were thoroughly engaged the entire time and they even felt that time was flying. The riddles and puzzles were so fun and the decor of the room really made you feel like you were in a pirate ship! The staff was absolutely amazing and they provided us with the best time ever. With a few of their hints, we were able to solve the puzzle with 1.5 minutes left! We will definitely return and the kids have stated it was one of their favorite activities ever. Thank you all so much for a wonderful family experience!
  • Brought my kiddos ages 10, 6 and 3 to do the Lost Jewel Of Zanzabar. The description said all ages and they were right! Our "guide" Jennifer gave the littlest one an "eye spy" card to use in the room to mark off things she saw. And she gave us hints at the right time to make sure we were successful. We each had a great time and that is hard to do with our spread of ages! We will definitely go back.
