Double Bluff County Park, Freeland

This is a really fantastic dog beach. It's better if you go around 7 a.m. because there is literally no one there. It's like having a untouched Beach all to yourself and your pup. But if you're a people person I would get there around noon because that will guarantee that you have plenty of dogs to play with. In April you will see mature Eagles teaching their young how to hunt. It's really cool. There are a lot of picnic tables on the grass with handicap parking and bathrooms. I bring my grandpa here all the time for lunch. Hope you have fun

Excellent beachfront park. There is a paved parking area with restroom facilities. There is a large bluff that overlooks the water. There are many lean-to shelters on the beach. Be careful of the living sand dollars on the beach. Excellent place to visit.
