    Our group showed up at the shop after a particularly muddy ride with one of their rental bikes. Not only did they take care of our rental without fuss over the muddy bike, but they helped us take care of our personal bikes. No charge. Just a friendly conversation and the understanding that we would use them again. It was a refreshing reminder of how you build a business and community at the same time.
