  • Enjoyed this spot to watch the incoming ships. Not many people on a rainy day so a good day to have a lunch in the car. Mainly just a parking area by the water but there is a marker. Not sure how...  more »
  • Bring your camera or cell phone to take photos, and read the signs. Interesting history, very cool to see with great Gulf views.  more »
  • Very historic spot. Love how you can still see where the guns mounted. Its also a great place to just sit and watch the ships come and go. Oh and if you play Pokemon Go, its two stops and a gym. So you can set 2 lures off a catch until you're tired.
  • Great place to fish. Gets crowded sometimes, but during the week you pretty much have the place to yourself. Cool place to watch the ships go by and take pictures. Flounder are usually easy to catch, trout hit the sprite spoons regularly. Never know what you might catch with shrimp and cut bait.
