  • The submarine here, the USS Cavalla, sank a Japanese aircraft carrier during World War II. USS Stewart, a destroyer escort, saw duty in the Atlantic and Pacific during that war. I was in the Army.....  more »
  • Nice place on pelican point. We used Groupon for the admission. Still had to pay$6 for parking. It is a self guided tour. You do need to wear a mask, but it wasn't busy on a Friday afternoon  more »
  • Great museum to check out ships. Though I do not recommend you go if you like detailed tour guide based museums. This is a great museum for people who like to explore on their own and look at what they want when they want it. Spectacular place overall.
  • I love these old ships and subs. It a history we can share with our kids and younger generations. I am thankful my kids enjoy learning history and appreciation of our military. My kids are military brats!
