  • A truly magical place; the Official Opera House of Texas! Intimate and beautiful - I would love the opportunity to attend a production in this Romanesque Revival style building. It survived the 1900 hurricane that was so devastating to Galveston and Hurricane Ike, among others. Currently operates as a not-for-profit performing arts theatre with a seating capacity of 1,040.
  • Beautiful architecture and historic as well. Cheap self guided tours are cool, but for more info, a tour guide will show you around. Check it out
