Bent Creek Golf course, designed by three-time Masters and British Open Championship Winner Gary Player, is a par 72 course that has been popular since the sunny day it opened back in 1972. The front nine hugs the valley floor while the back nine offers a challenging mountain course. A beautiful sparkling mountain stream meanders throughout the entire course making for a breathtaking contrast between water and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Southern Living Travel Guide rated Bent Creek Golf Resort one of the "Top Fifty Golf Courses in the South." This course is all at once challenging and relaxing.

  • We come to Bent Creek golf course two sometimes three times a year for vacation. Sometimes we stop on our way back from our Florida vacation and rest up for our final trip home. It is nice and quiet.....  more »

  • Looks like at one time it was a fantastic course. The layout is one of the best but the greens need some definite help. I’ve never seen greens so covered in weeds! With decent greens this would be a go-to place for golf in the Gatlinburg area as it’s only 20 minutes from downtown. Have played here the past two years as it’s affordable and never anyone there. Can get in 18 holes in a cart as a single in under 2:45. As a 5 handicap who plays about 70 rounds of golf a year all over the mid-west please take my advice, just put a little more attention toward the greens and let people know that you are and THEY WILL COME!
  • It was a nice course! Unfortunately had to leave after 9 holes because there was a huge group of people clustered so I just left. I didn’t get to play the back which I was bummed about being I’m 6 hours away and this was a vacation planned thing.
