Nice little joint. Small but diverse beer selection. Brews were unique and flavorful. Blonde was the favorite by far and very good, appealed to both beer drinkers and winos. Rye was unique and true to its name, not like anything I've had before. Red ale was what I looked forward to trying the most and was least impressed with. Not your traditional red ale, should probably be called something else. Staff was very attentive and pleasant. Will visit again.

This is a great family owned brewery. All the beers I tried were awesome. Liam's Irish Red Ale and AhMe Joy Porter were my favorite by far. George who is the owner is a very friendly and approachable guy. If you're on the Seneca lake wine trail throw in a mix up and stop at GAEL Brewing Company, you won't be disappointed my beer lovers who are reading this.
