White Springs Winery I enjoyed White Springs Winery and the tasting room. The staff is very friendly, and I was shown how using an aerator can make the Cabernet taste even better. I bought one and a bottle Sparkle, Row House Red, White Sangria, and Cabernet Franc. The views outside show a beautiful vista of Lake Seneca. This will always be a stop for me along the Seneca Wine Trail.

Sensory overload!! Beautiful hilltop view of the lake, delicious wines, and excellent music and entertainment by Sean Patrick McGraw. Long sets with am enjoyable mix of his own music, pop, country, and Irish Folk. And, we very much appreciate the staff requiring masks indoors! Would definitely recommend.
