Jim Hogg Park Reviews
Love to go camping here it has great spots and a lot of shade. Not real easy to get to the water though more »

We have enjoyed our stay here at this Army Corp of Engineer campground. Sites are pretty flat, long cement pad to park on. The pavilion is such a plus and a nice surprise. Complete with a picnic table on a cement slab, a grill and fire ring makes this a nice place to stay. And, if you have the National Park Pass for seniors 65+ the price is only $11 a night! Here's the downside. Bathrooms ..they are very few, we have to drive to get to one. They are so sweaty. There isn't any air flowing through. There are two showers and two toilets in each. They need updating desperately!
Large covered shelters, big sites with room from your neighbor. Sites well maintained. Sites have fire ring and BBQ grills with lids.
