Look for the 20th Maine markers. They were involved in this battle twice, on July 2 & 3, on Little Round Top and at the Angle/Copse of Trees and helped turned the tide of the battle both days. You'll see the terrain and feel the history and I promise you it is so worth the time. There are a lot of monuments that overlook the battlefield, especially Devil's Den.

This is a beautiful spot for a photographer or anyone wanting to see Gods beautiful creation. I love coming here at night during the summer. Laying on the rocks watching the sun go down, and then looking up at the clear beautiful sky, watching all the stars glow. Take my advice and check it out at night when the sun goes down.
