Very interesting to see the private side of the war. A bit pricey for 30 min, but this is a privately funded museum. Miss Deb R gave a great tour. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. And.... more

Very well maintained historic home. We took the Christmas tour. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt like we were actually in 1860 experiencing Christmas with the Shrivers.

Our tour guide, Gail, was fantastic! She kept it light, very knowledgeable about the family and area, even added a lot of interesting facts. We enjoyed it a lot! Tour itself was about 30 minutes.
