I would have given 5 Stars based on my 1st experience on July 23rd which was excellent! What she did in 20 minutes was nothing short of miraculous! Sadly though on the 28th my experience was a 1. The girl obviously did not want to be there. She wore ear phones the entire time and could not hear me when I told her what I was most interested in. She actually hurt me and I felt like she was getting her aggression out on me. The other 2 ladies that I've met there really care and give their best. I felt very short changed and couldn't wait to get out of there. If she's there when I travel in October I will keep on walking. Will never waste $50 plus $10 tip for 20 minutes of dissatisfaction. Also, both times I was there 5 people stopped 1st time and 1 second time hoping for a pedicure but there was no one available to do so. They really need at least one of each there to service the high demand. Just my 2 cents.
