Very nice and quiet beach located on the North Shore of Long Island. Great spot to watch sunset, it's a private beach though, you need to be a resident of Glen Cove to have access...
Prybil Beach is a lovely beach on Long Island Sound in Glen Cove NY. It is at the end of the Glen Cove public golf course,, and was formerly an estate belonging to the Prybil family. Due to Covid-19 there is no concession, and the beach is operating at about 50% capacity. Also it is open only to Glen Cove residents. You need a sticker proving that you live in the city, and cars are being checked at the entrance by auxiliary police.
